I had such a great stay for two nights on a family trip. The location was great, very close to Silver Beach in St. Joseph. Many restaurants, a Walmart, and southwest Michigan were easily accessible. It was at a moderate distance from Bob Evans; we ate there a couple of times. I recently had an amazing two-night stay with my family at Comfort Suites Benton Harbor - St. Joseph. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to Silver Beach in St. Joseph. Additionally, many restaurants, a Walmart, and southwest Michigan were easily accessible from the hotel. We also appreciated that Bob Evans was at a moderate distance, allowing us to dine there a couple of times during our stay.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The mattress was very comfortable. The room was nice.

The room wasn't as clean as expected. The microwave was dirty as was the fridge. The person at the front desk came by to clean them, which was greatly appreciated. I went to plug in my computer, there was a lot of dust on the other cords. When it was asked to change the sheets and towels, I expected the floor to be vacuumed while I was out of the room, it wasn't. Just for your information, the lobby was very musty smelling.

Booked the hotel for its great and comfy location right by Silver Beach at St. Joes, the mall, and the best beaches. Staying within a 15-minute stroll from an enclosed shopping mall was a big advantage.

Hot water was way too hot, someone could get burned. Toilet paper was so thin I don't know how it could get any thinner, did they buy it from China.

Window curtains don't close completely and the street light outside is bright. An issue for those who need complete darkness to sleep.

We did not have hot water for showering and when it did get hot it was only luke warm
